This policy covers gestures.design, operated by RAGIP DILER GESTURES LLC, Wyoming, United States, under the Gestures Studio name. It does not cover future applications or products, which will have their own policies.
01 / Information we handle
Inquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message and any attachments. We use these to reply, discuss potential work and maintain the correspondence.
Scheduling. Our embedded Cal.com calendar asks for your name, email address, meeting topic and optional notes or guests. It also processes the date, time and time zone you select. We use this information to arrange and prepare for meetings. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your inquiry or booking.
Website delivery. The server delivering this website necessarily receives technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and the requested resource, to deliver pages and media. Hosting services may also process technical information for security and troubleshooting. We have not implemented visitor analytics or advertising trackers.
02 / Cookies and embedded services
Our own website code does not set cookies or use local storage to track visitors. Our studio fonts, logos, work images and animation frames are served locally from the website.
The Cal.com widget loads when you approach the calendar section. Loading it sends technical information to Cal.com even before a booking is made. Cal.com controls its own cookies and storage used for scheduling preferences, security and any existing account session. You can contact us by email instead of using the calendar, and manage cookies through your browser.
03 / Service providers and external links
Cal.com processes scheduling information for us. Booked meetings use Google Meet, as shown in the calendar; relevant meeting details are handled by the connected calendar and meeting service. Email correspondence is handled through the email services used by you and the studio.
See Cal.com’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for their practices. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles website delivery and security under its Privacy Policy.
Our portfolio images are hosted on this site. Dribbble receives a visit only when you follow a Dribbble link; its own privacy policy then applies.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We share information only with providers needed to handle communication, scheduling and website delivery, or where required by law.
04 / Retention and security
We keep inquiry and meeting information for as long as needed to handle the conversation, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. Provider-held information is also subject to the provider’s retention practices. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
05 / International processing
The studio’s operating company is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, we rely on the relevant contractual or other lawful safeguards.
06 / Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to restrict or object to its use. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we handle inquiries and scheduling to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and use relevant legitimate interests to maintain business correspondence and keep the website secure. Legal obligations may require us to retain certain records.
This website is intended for business and professional inquiries, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
